Every week is different- generally I strive to schedule within 24 - 48 hours of speaking with you, however, depending on the urgency of the situation other arrangements can be made.
No unfortunately, I am a mobile repair business and provide parts only to customers whom I have scheduled work for. If you are looking for parts and have questions, please call and I will be happy to assist you and make recommendations.
I provide a 2 hour window and call all my customers when I am on my way.
No I do not- if I need to return to address the original issue again you will not be billed twice. New issues or concerns will require a new service and will be billed accordingly.
Yes, I service a selection of makes and models of gas ranges and dryers.

No- I am strictly a repair and service business, but I am happy to provide recommendations.
Every call is different however most appointments are done In less then a hour.
No microwaves- I service washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers..
Yes. Manufacturers offer a 30 day parts warranty and I personally provide 90 day warranty on service and labor.
No. I do not provide any warranty services for manufacturers or dealers but I would be happy to direct you to the appropriate avenue.
